Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Will need to work from client location for all 5 days in a week.

Job Description:

• Expertise in deployment and installation of apps on IIS, JBoss, Tomcat and Apache servers for various applications
• Experience in support and development of applications involving C# .NET / Java technologies
• Good understanding of 3 / 4 tier MVS architecture across all the tiers – Web, App and Database.
• Installation and custom configuration of COTS based life science pharma products as per product vendor supplied material
• Ability to troubleshoot application at different layers of application architecture by checking the logs and dumps for resolution
• Well experienced in application monitoring, Database and server monitoring for potential issues and provide resolutions
• Experience in managing applications hosted on both Windows and Linux OS
• Knowledge of JVM performance tuning by analyzing dumps and logs
• Ability to quickly understand the life science pharma product architecture of various apps and support from a technical standpoint
• Strong in problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
• Good knowledge of ITIL concepts and experience supporting GxP based apps in Pharma environment
• Knowledge of tools to troubleshoot web based applications hosted on premise / on cloud
• Experience in RPA automation tools will be nice to have
• Flexibility to provide support for P1 / P2 issues during out of office hours
