Summary: 
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the application development process and contribute to the success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities: 
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Create technical specifications and design documents.
- Ensure the application meets quality standards and is delivered on time.

Professional & Technical Skills: 
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Experience with Workday Core HCM implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data model.
- Knowledge of Workday security and reporting.
- Experience in integrating Workday with other systems.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio and Workday Report Writer.

Additional Information: 
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based in Noida.
