    i.      SRE: Must have working experience in  support team including excellent production debugging skills.

    ii.      Splunk: Must have expertise in understanding and writing Splunk queries.

   iii.      Grafana: Must have experience in reading and creating Grafana dashboards.

  1. Communication

                                                          

   i.      Excellent communication skills

                                                         

   ii.      Must have client facing experience.

                                                         

iii.      Must be having good email and on channel writing skills.

  1. Behavioral

                                                         

    i.      Proactive reporting

                                                           

ii.      Team player: must be able to work with offshore team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
