Key Responsibilities

Jenkins Administration: Manage and maintain Jenkins instances, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of code changes.
Monitoring: Implement monitoring solutions to track build health and performance metrics.
Add-ons and Plugins: Customize Jenkins with necessary plugins to enhance functionality.
Version Control: Integrate Jenkins with version control systems (e.g., Git) for automated workflows.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for CI/CD processes and configurations.
Training: Provide support and training to team members on Jenkins usage and best practices.

Requirements

Experience: 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD tools.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of build and deployment processes, along with experience in scripting languages such as Groovy, Shell, or Python.
Version Control Proficiency: Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
