Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications using Postgres/Oracle databases.
- Database Management: Optimize and manage database schemas, queries, and performance tuning.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to design standards.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and product managers, to deliver robust software solutions.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python.
- Database Skills: Proficient in using Postgres/Oracle databases including complex query writing and optimization.
- Framework Knowledge: Experience with popular Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Version Control: Knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
