- Provides advisory for Technical Governance and processes.
- Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model and the platform health.

- Provides architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions.
- Assesses instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow HealthScan
- Key Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow across the products.
- Day-to-day direction and technical coordination of DevOps Teams.
- Acts as the escalation point for unresolved technical issues.
- Monitors the deviation from ServiceNow OOTB and Best Practices.
