1.  Candidate Responsibility /SCOPE:

Activities:

·   Design and development for VoIP service in ONTs/Home devices.

·   Support and maintenance

Deliverables : 

·   Feature development

·   Bug fixing

·   New feature

·   Unit testing

·   Functional testing.

2.   Key Competencies & Experience:

5+ years

·          JD Voice Development

#     Strong development & debugging understanding on C / C++ in multi process/ threaded environment with following skills

è Strong understanding on “VoIP(SIP/H248), T38 , SIP over TCP, VoLTE, voice quality/QoS, DSP ,Voice codecs, RTP/RTCP, RFC2833” and Management protocols: OMCI, TR098/TR104.

è Good Understanding RJ11, Z-interface specs.

è Well versed with debugging tools like SIPP, Wireshark, Valgrid, SIPP Tool, Valgrind Memory Profiling Tool, GDB.

è understanding different SoC Architecture including 32 bit, 64bit and respective tool chains and able to collaborate with different Vendors to make the solution up and running.

è strong understanding on Linux , IPC techniques, user space and kernel space deep understanding and good understanding on network architecture is preferred

è Understanding of IPV4/IPV6 addressing and TCP/IP and basic understanding of L2/L3 routing.

è Working on GPON technologies is added advantage.
