Roles & Responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.

  • Monitor and optimize system performance and ensure high availability of VDI solutions.

  • Manage user profiles and access permissions in the VDI environment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for VDI applications.

  • Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery testing for VDI systems.

  • Keep documentation up to date for VDI infrastructure and processes.

  • Stay up to date with the latest VDI technologies and best practices.
