- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and develop applications using Workday Core HCM benefits.
- Create technical specifications and documentation for application design.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application design.

Professional & Technical Skills: 
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Benefits.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM benefits.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
