Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
  • Implement AEM components, templates, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create a seamless user experience.
  • Optimize AEM sites for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices in AEM development.
  • Integrate AEM with third-party applications and services.
  • Troubleshoot and debug AEM applications as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM features and enhancements.

  • I believe you may have had conversations with Sagar about our need for two offshore AEM developers to support the UMGC website. We have a basic job description that I'll share below. If you need more information or have questions, please let me know. Also, we have a catch-up call scheduled for Thursday morning and can discuss more then. 

    • Develop, implement, integrate, and deploy digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the AEM product suite
    • Design, develop and implement components for the AEM platform.
    • Document design element notes and provide Knowledge Transfer to the client personnel.
    • Participate in daily scrum meetings.
    • The AccelerEd Team shall manage workforce planning, provide direction to the AEM developer
