Roles & Responsibility

  • Create, maintain, and optimize existing NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteCommerce, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow.
  • Develop scripts and workflows to enhance NetSuite functionality and automate business processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions for NetSuite issues as needed.
  • Review all configuration changes and manage production releases to ensure the highest quality of code deployment and security.
  • Integrate, support, and maintain third party software connections to NetSuite using web services, REST APIs, and other methods.
  • Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users including training.
  • Monitor and administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc.
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and work on user stories/backlog items and deliver them with the highest quality.
  • Attend standup meetings and provide updates.
  • Build solutions and POCs based on customer and project needs.
