1. Mandatory Skills
2. Minimum 3 to 5 complete implementation experience on AEM is must and should have done implementation one Project as AEM cloud Service
3. Experience of defining user requirements and leading the nonfunctional requirement gathering session
4. Experience of defining the multibrand multigeo taxonomy
5. Understanding overall architecture and designs of digital marketing apps provided by others
6. Proficiency with design patterns and architectural patterns and capability to provide technical design for business requirements
7. Understanding of various peripheral digital marketing systems like DAM Target Analytics AAM CRM etc
8. In depth understanding of User management roles  permissions
9. implementing custom security requirements
10. Knowledge of configuring OOTB User interface
11. Experience of custom OSGI services development
12. Defining and implementing custom search requirement and optimization
13. SSO implementation
14. Asset and content Migration
15. Custom Workflows
16. Integration with enterprise apps and APIs
17. Strong experience on asset workflow customization
18. Knowledge of external libraries for asset processing
19. Should be able own and provide solution for scalability performance security requirements
20. Experience in Dispatcher configuration and setting AEM Environment in cloud
21. Experience of defining migration strategy and migrating large set of assets from legacy systems
22. Exposure to any other Adobe Experience cloud products
23. Integration of AEM with external apps like Marketing apps WCM CRM Ecommerce or portals
24. Experience of implementing or consuming REST web services
25. Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience working with AEM support services
