Responsibilities for Salesforce Senior Developer

Required Experience: 6-13 Years

As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions for clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce development
• Participate in Salesforce release cycles and ensure successful deployment of new features and functionalities

Job Requirements for Salesforce Senior Developer

Experience:

Minimum 6 years to maximum 13 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement customized Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior developers in Salesforce best practices and development methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features to ensure the solutions are up-to-date and optimized.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control tools like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
