Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications
to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial
role in developing and implementing solutions to enhance business processes and
improve efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple
teams.
- Design, build, and configure applications based on business process and
application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance business processes and improve
efficiency.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Core
Compensation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday functionality.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Core HCM and Compensation
modules.
- Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques.
- Experience in designing and developing Workday reports and dashboards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday
Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Core Comp Certified education is required.
