Experienced in strong technical leadership.
Lead end-to-end design and development of telecom products and platforms.
Architect and build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Contribute across the full stack (backend and frontend) for product features.
Drive cloud-native engineering practices using Kubernetes and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Define and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and DevOps best practices.
Establish high engineering quality through unit, integration, API, and E2E test automation.
Own technical design, code quality, performance tuning, and production reliability.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to deliver roadmap goals.
Mentor developers, conduct code/design reviews, and elevate team technical standards.
Evaluate and implement AI engineering use cases, including developer productivity tooling.
Design and build AI assistants/agentic workflows for engineering and product use cases.
