IT Project Manager
The IT Project manager will be subjected Time and Material during the engagement, for
IT projects for SDAP)
High level Scope and Deliverables:
 Manage IT projects from planning through delivery, including scope, schedule,
budget, and readiness.
 Lead project execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and
critical escalations.
 Establish project governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, and
retrospectives.
 Coordinate day-to-day project activities and cross-functional teams.
 Ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones and deliverables.


Requirements

The ideal candidates should demonstrate the following qualities:
 Strong end-to-end IT project management experience, from initiation and
planning through execution and delivery.
 Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and
project deliverables.
 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to
work across technical and business teams.
 Experience working in complex, international or matrix organizations.
 A structured and proactive approach to identifying and managing risks, issues,
and dependencies.
 Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional
teams without necessarily having direct authority over all team members.
 Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies,
depending on the project environment.

 Good understanding of IT technologies and the ability to translate between business requirements and technical teams.
 Strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
