As an AI Agents & Workflow Integration specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered agents that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will integrate sophisticated AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and communication across platforms. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI implementations. You will monitor and optimize AI agent performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement continuous improvements. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, create technical specifications, and provide guidance to junior team members on best practices for AI integration and deployment.
Candidates should possess 3 to 6 years of professional experience in AI development, machine learning, or software engineering with demonstrated expertise in building intelligent agents. Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages is essential for this role. You must have hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, or enterprise solutions. Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies is required. Excellent problem-solving abilities and system design skills are critical. You should possess strong communication and documentation skills, ability to work in agile environments, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred along with relevant certifications.
