  - Target Industries: Mining, Hydro, Road Construction (NHAI only), Cement, Integrated & Big Steel, Sugar, Paper, or any manufacturing industry with more than 50% blue-collar workforce.

Qualification and Experience:

  - MBA in HR.
  - Around 10 years of post-qualification work experience within the target industries listed above.

Core Responsibilities:

  - End-to-End Operations & Payroll: Managing full lifecycle payroll and HR operations from hire to retire.
  - Compliance: Ensuring absolute adherence to all legal and statutory compliances.
  - Administration: Handling operation-related administration, including furniture, fixtures, stationery, and IT gadget support.
  - Logistics & Facilities: Overseeing transport (car) management and guest house operations.
  - Data & Documentation: Maintaining, indexing, and systematically arranging all hard and soft data records for seamless operations.

Key Functional Step-by-Step Duties:

  - Managing payroll and standard HR operations.
  - Maintaining strict compliance and accurate documentation records.
  - Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, including arranging training rooms, welcome kits, biometrics, ID cards, pantry services, and transport.
  - Partnering with IT for laptop provisioning, email creation, and access management.
  - Managing asset collection, handover support, and tracking final clearance forms during offboarding.
