Responsibilities
As a Lead Consultant in the DTS team, you will
Develop and design digital solutions and proposals for existing customers or for Request for Proposals.
Establish and run governance with internal and external stakeholders, pro-actively monitor & track issues for completion.
Lead and manage large and complex Digital Transformation engagements in Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) Domain
Conduct detailed assessments of processes and identify opportunities/ projects leveraging Digital Transformation levers. Drive and manage implementation of approved projects within defined timelines
Drive conception and implementation of technology solutions to business problems by working closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and functional managers
Manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders, prioritize projects based on expected benefit, communicate the value proposition to the stakeholders, assess ground-impact of applications through Pilot tests and launch on floor, procure client security clearances for applications and prepare solution artifacts

This role requires the following skills, expertise and experience:
Excellent problem solving, consulting skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.
Experience in digital strategy engagements for S2P clients using key emerging technologies likes Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility.
S2P Domain Expertise in any of the following (at the minimum) including Sourcing and Procurement and Procure to Pay - This position will serve as the subject matter expert in core S2P Operations in any one of the above areas.
The candidate should bring in strong services industry experience and knowledge of “best practices”.
Good Project Management skills – Ability to coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to manage project plan and deliverables
Good communication and client facing skills - Ability to interact with senior client stakeholders and guide junior
colleagues. Ability to efficiently engage with customer, manage multiple stakeholders, manage conflicts.
What We Are Looking For
Basic:
MBA from Tier I/II colleges and at least 8-10 years of experience after MBA in the fields related to the Job Description.
