Roles & Responsibilities:

• 3-8 years of consulting experience in Chemicals industry or 3-5 years of industry experience or minimum 1 or 2 greenfield / brownfield implementation, roll out or carve in/carve out experience on S4/HANA, Chemicals S/4 implementation will carry more weightage.

• Experience in 1 end-to-end SAP Enterprise Transformations will be an added plus.

• Understanding of System integrator (SI) project cycle or SAP Project phases

• Hands on understanding of business process in conjunction with S/4 best practices,

• Capturing the business requirements and translating the same into functional specs and align these requirements to SAP best practices and Fit to standard approach with minimal bespoke approach, clean core concepts.

•  Leading, managing the key subject workshops for solution design, BPD’s,  fit gaps, RICEFW’s and further design and build phases

Must have skills: CNR industry + platforms (SAP)

Experience : 5 to 15 years

Education qualification: IIT/Btech/NIT/MBA

• Engage effectively with the clients from the Chemical industry to drive their digital transformation, operational excellence, and other initiatives by leveraging analytics and upcoming AI technologies.

• Collaborate with senior management as part of the go-to market team while assisting in sales and project delivery.

• Deliver digital technologies in Chemical production units, capex project management, business process optimization, operational excellence, maintenance, reliability and industrial automation.
