In this role, you will develop a transformation vision for Record-to-Report (R2R), assess feasibility and capability gaps, and plan journey management. You will translate economic trends into competitive advantages and enable profitable, sustainable growth. Specifically, you will leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive finance transformation in R2R processes, including Fixed Assets Capitalization, Intercompany Accounting, Month-End Close, Journal Entry Management, Account Reconciliations, and Financial Consolidation.
What are we looking for? • Six Sigma, Lean Certified
• R2R Subject Matter Expert with expertise in Fixed Assets Capitalization, Intercompany Accounting, Month-End Close, Journal Entry Management, and Financial Reporting
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics ERP
• Familiarity with tools like Blackline, Cadency, CFIN
• Awareness of latest finance technology trends including Agentic AI and Generative AI
• Proficiency up to Thought Leadership level in R2R
• Adaptable and flexible
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Problem-solving skills
• Detail orientation
• Ability to establish strong client relationships
• Should have completed a full-fledged project and be able to explain it clearly from the problem statement to the final outcome
• Ability to perform peer/competition analysis by benchmarking the critical business outcomes leveraging the various resources available internally and externally
Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems
• Create new solutions leveraging existing methods and procedures
• Understand strategic direction set by senior management
• Interact with supervisors, peers, and client management
• Make decisions impacting team and occasionally other teams
• Manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts
• May require rotational shifts
