Qualifications: | Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes) Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow OTM/FSM/EAM/ITSM, ITIL or CMDB with experience on ServiceNow implementation for 4+ years

Experience: | Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders Experience creating and maintaining business rules, data policies, client scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, Workflow, Variables, Portal Widgets, and Flow Designer Flows. Significant experience with ServiceNow implementations Strong communication, Strong presentation, and writing skills Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow Operational Technology Module/ITAM/FSM/ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or other ITSM application. Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules like Sec Ops, GRC etc. Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow like Business rules, script includes, UI actions, schedules jobs, etc. Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell) Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs (Preferred) System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
