As an IT Ops/Infra professional at JL5B level in Pune, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and storage systems. You will monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal uptime and reliability. Your role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing backup and disaster recovery procedures, and ensuring business continuity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments, manage cloud infrastructure resources, and optimize IT operations. Additionally, you will document processes and procedures, maintain security compliance standards, and provide technical guidance to junior team members while handling capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.
You must have 7-10 years of proven experience in IT operations and infrastructure management with strong expertise in server administration, network management, and database operations. Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is essential, along with proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. You should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, understanding of IT service management frameworks like ITIL, and experience with monitoring and automation tools. Strong communication abilities, problem-solving mindset, and capability to work in 24x7 support environments are mandatory. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or cloud certifications would be advantageous for this role.
