Role Overview
We are looking for counter sales staff to handle fast-paced customer interaction and daily
sales at the shop. Customers typically know what they want and expect quick service, so the
role requires speed, accuracy and active engagement.

Requirements



Key Responsibilities
• Attend to customers quickly and accurately based on their orders
• Pack and hand over products efficiently during high customer flow
• Suggest additional products to customers where relevant
• Handle billing and payments (cash / UPI)
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the counter
• Perform daily stock counting and basic stock tracking
• Ensure smooth and fast-moving counter operations and positive relations with customers
• Coordination with production staff for transfer of materials to shop
• Any other responsibilities as may be seen fit

Requirements
• Experience in retail / shop / customer-facing role preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Good communication and polite behaviour
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Neat and presentable
• Comfortable working with a women-led team
