Job Summary
As a Salesforce Business Analyst/Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing strategies to enhance business performance using Salesforce CRM. You will work closely with clients to solve customer-facing challenges across sales, service, and marketing functions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide consulting support on Salesforce projects by conducting design sessions and gathering requirements.
Present working demos to stakeholders and support implementation tasks.
Apply industry knowledge to implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
Develop business cases and value propositions with data analysis and presentation preparation.
Collaborate with project teams for successful Salesforce delivery.
Engage in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and cost estimations.
Contribute to initiatives by developing points of view, reusable assets, and analyzing market trends.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce CRM platform implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution skills.
Proficiency in business analysis, especially in service process design/redesign.
Familiarity with industry-specific requirements and customer service operations.
Experience in service experience design and user research.
Exposure to pre-sales activities and willingness to grow in this area.
