Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional referrals to build a strong talent pipeline
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate evaluation, interviews coordination, and offer negotiations
• Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking system with detailed information for future recruitment cycles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment briefs that accurately reflect role requirements and attract suitable candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey and provide excellent candidate experience

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 2 to 10 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources management
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and ethical hiring standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools
• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines while maintaining quality in candidate selection
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively
