Roles & Responsibility

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to oversee daily quality checks in our food
production unit. The role involves ensuring consistency in taste, quality and hygiene across
batches and maintaining discipline in the production process.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor quality at each stage of production
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture and appearance
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the unit
• Record batch details (time, temperature, quantity, issues if any)
• Ensure off-quality products are identified and not mixed
• Maintain a complaint / feedback register
• Support implementation of SOPs (process discipline)
• Coordinate with the production team to improve consistency
• Assist production staff where necessary

Requirements

Requirements
• Experience in food production / kitchen / small manufacturing setup preferred
• Understanding of quality and hygiene practices
• Ability to maintain records and documentation
• Basic computer skills required
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency
• Comfortable working with a women-led team
