Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional qualification. 1 to 4 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environment is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in handling rejection. Excellent negotiation and closing skills are mandatory. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region is necessary. Knowledge of the industry or product domain is preferred but not mandatory.
