Assistant Manager – Supply Chain
•Manage multiple teams spread across various locations delivering account objectives
• Lead a team of planners across demand, supply and IBP operations
• Plan work allocation and capacity to ensure SLA and productivity targets
• Review and approve demand forecasts, MRP outputs and supply plans
• Govern BOM change management and planning data accuracy
• Own delivery performance including quality, productivity and turnaround time
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly SLA reviews
• Manage process-level escalations and client issues
• Act as primary contact for process-level client discussions
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and automation initiatives
• Lead process discovery and support system or tool changes
• Ensure process compliance, audits and governance readiness
• Identify skill gaps and ensure training and certification
• Review MIS dashboards to identify risks and trends
• Support financial targets through utilization and cost control
• Provide operational inputs for transitions and solution design
