vertical. Our services span across the entire life sciences enterprise, from
research laboratories, clinical trials support, and regulatory services, to
pharmacovigilance and patient services solutions. Employees under this span
will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Clinical, Pharmacovigilance &
Regulatory, helping the world’s leading biopharma companies bring their
vision to life – enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the
patient, connecting scientific expertise with unique insights into the patient
experience.
Life Sciences (AR&D) Services involve providing analytical research and
development support for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. This
includes conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new methods for
drug development and testing. The goal is to ensure the safety, efficacy, and
quality of new products. Key tasks involve laboratory work, data analysis, and
regulatory compliance.
Design, develop and deliver business solutions related to the regulatory review
and approval of pharmaceutical drugs.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify
and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility
• The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis
requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
• Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term
goals for area(s) of responsibility
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within
organization, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters
• Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and
approaches to critical assignments
• Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the
potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility
• Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual
contributor role) at a client or within client
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
