Role Summary

The Manager leads Palantir-enabled transformation programs for Consumer Goods clients, owning delivery outcomes, client engagement, and team leadership. The role combines deep techno-functional expertise with strong consulting and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir programs for Consumer Goods clients.

• Own client relationships and engage senior business and technology stakeholders.

• Drive techno-functional solution design aligned to business outcomes.

• Provide delivery governance and technical direction across multiple workstreams.

• Oversee consultants and engineers, ensuring quality and predictability of delivery.

• Review and approve solution designs, workflows, and implementation approaches.

• Produce executive-level updates, roadmaps, and recommendations.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10–14 years of overall experience with strong consulting delivery leadership.

• Proven Palantir implementation experience in enterprise environments.

• Ability to lead complex technical and business conversations with senior stakeholders.

• Consumer Goods industry experience required.

• Prior consulting background strongly preferred.

• Product or platform engineering experience is an added advantage.

Requirement: Data Engineer with Sound knowledge on Palantir for 3-4 years, Consultant or Manager Level

Data ingestion, integration and quality testing of data assets.
