You must proactively address client concerns, escalate issues appropriately, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience.
Candidates must possess 3 to 5 years of proven experience in client management, consulting, or related service delivery roles. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for identifying business solutions. You must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems for tracking client interactions. A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related field is preferred. You should possess project management expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strategic thinking and business acumen are critical for understanding client objectives and delivering measurable value.

3.5+ years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience

Knowledge of business intelligent tools such as, Power BI.
