Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Ring Loading Machine Operator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining ring loading machinery. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor ring loading machines efficiently.
• Load and unload materials/rings as per production requirements.
• Ensure proper alignment and placement during loading.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Maintain production records and report daily output.
• Follow safety guidelines and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ring loading or similar machine operation.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machine handling.
• Ability to read work instructions and production drawings (if applicable).
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Physically fit to handle industrial work conditions.

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
• High school with relevant experience may also be considered.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in tmanufacturing industry (if applicable).
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
