Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Vertical Expander Operator with 2 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining vertical expanding machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate vertical expander machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operations.
• Ensure product quality meets defined standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain production records and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Vertical Expander Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or production industry.
