Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - VIMP
Respond promptly to service issues and requests from end-users.
Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone).
Set up accounts and workstations for new users.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Maintain inventory of all IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data
protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Support the implementation of new applications and technologies.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
