The CMT - CPQ Consultant will lead the implementation and optimization of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions for our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of CPQ tools and methodologies, ensuring accurate configuration of products and pricing strategies. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and guide clients through the implementation process. Continuous support and training for the end-users are essential, alongside regular updates to the system based on feedback and business needs. The consultant will also analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, keeping the client informed about industry best practices.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in CPQ consulting. A strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is crucial. Experience with CPQ software (such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar) is required along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The candidate should exhibit strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, adaptable to changing requirements, and capable of working in a dynamic team environment. Experience in project management methodologies is a plus, along with any relevant CPQ certifications.
