Roles and Responsibilities: 1. HR Shared Services Leadership
• Lead and manage a multi-functional HR Shared Services team covering areas
such as employee services, case management, talent operations, and benefits
administration.
• Ensure service delivery excellence through well-defined SLAs, KPIs, and
continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive Daily/weekly internal and client meetings
• Drive transformation and standardization of HR processes across geographies.
2. HR IT Integration
• Collaborate with HR IT teams to architect and implement integrated solutions
across platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Define and monitor business metrics and SLAs that align technical service
levels with strategic HR outcomes.
• Lead change management and digital transformation initiatives to enhance
employee experience and operational efficiency.
3. Governance and Strategic Influence
• Establish and lead governance forums across HR and IT to ensure alignment on
priorities, performance, and innovation.
• Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients on
integration efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Shape client governance and influence strategic HR decisions through
data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.
4. Stakeholder and Client Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, IT
leaders, and external vendors.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable operational and technical
solutions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex service issues and ensure timely
resolution with high client satisfaction.
