Skill required: NA - Business Transformation
Designation: Business Transformation Senior Manager
Qualifications: Any Graduation/Master of Business Administration
Years of Experience:16 to 25 years

In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess

vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also,

translate economic trends into competitive industry advantage, transform a

business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt/MBB andLean methodologies
• Subject matter expert in F&A towers (PTP, RTR, OTC)

• Demonstrated experience managing and articulating end-to-end digital project

delivery
• Proven team leadership abilities
• Expertise in change management
• Skilled in digital transformation initiatives
• Extensive project and program management experiences
• Strong senior stakeholder management (MDs and C Suites) capabilities
• Advanced strategic thinking and defining new solutions
• Adaptable and flexible
• Performs well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving
• Detail-oriented
• Builds strong client relationships
• Effective presenter
• Team management
• Conflict resolution
• Good to have worked on Gen AI and Agentic solutions across towers
• Good to have common F&A platforms like Blackline, Cadency, etc
• Proficient in SAP and Oracle ERP systems preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to doanalysis and solving of moderately complex problems

• Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting

existing methods and procedures

• The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior

management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

• Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or

within client

• The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and

procedures on new assignments

• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact

other teams

• Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in

an individual contributor role) at a client or within client

• Proven experience to drive multiple projects across different teams and

locations
