Job Description
Job Title: SAP ISU DM Consultant
3-10 years experience in SAP ISU device management implementation projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, such as project planning & scoping, blueprinting, realization, data mapping & conversion, integration & user acceptance testing, go-live
Capability to understand clients business needs, propose the appropriate consultancy offering and be part of the delivery team
Must have good understanding of device business process flow from Planning to Retirement of devices, configuration of SAP ISU, meter to cash process.
Must have at least 2 Projects of SAP IS-U implementation in Utilities - Demonstrated strong knowledge about Utility sector process and requirements and experienced in DM implementation
Integration of ISU with other R3 modules – MM, PM

Utilities retail and customer services process & domain expertise
Expertise in one or more CRM platforms such as SAP C4C/ Salesforce/ Oracle CX in areas like Services, Sales & Marketing
Good Understanding of CRM integration with Utilities systems such IVR/CTI, CIS, MDM, Outage Management etc.
Would be advantageous but not mandatory: CRM certification (Salesforce/SAP CRM/Oracle CX)
