The MIS Reporting and Production Support role involves various critical duties which include the creation and maintenance of regular reports to support management decisions. You will need to analyze data and generate insights that aid in operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to gather reporting requirements and provide technical guidance. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and enhancing system performance. You will also conduct user training and support for reporting tools, helping to improve overall data literacy within the organization.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in MIS reporting and production support is essential. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with excellent communication abilities to liaise with various departments. Understanding of production environments and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines will be crucial to succeed in this role.
