What would you do? Direct involvement in production to learn the process
and review the deals in a short span of time. Responsible for the daily
deliveries with quality to meet/exceed the agreed SLA
Ensure that Client Focus, timely delivery & Strict adherence to SOP are
maintained. Backed up with good knowledge on Commercial lending & Credit
Services, should be able to handle client effectively. Assist the team to drive
Client Value Creation, implement cutting edge solutions like RPA/Analytics and
move towards Intelligent Operations
Adhere to all values & policies of client and ensure that all team members
follow the same. Spend time with the team members addressing their
concerns/areas of improvement and create a team bonding leading the greater
efficiency & commitment.
What are we looking for? •Should have very good understanding of
Commercial loan origination life cycle. Should have good understanding of
credit analysis and assessing creditworthiness of the prospect/existing
borrowers
•Be the SME and supervise a process which performs financial spreading,
Underwriting and Covenant monitoring
•Hands on experience with Moody’s credit lens application
•Ability to understand nuances in various financial statements such as Audited
Financial statements, Tax returns and should be able to identify and analyze
the applicable financial ratios.
•Hands on experience in the borrower risk rating including arriving at
Probability of default and Loss given default.
•Ensure that day-to-day tasks are completed on the agreed deadlines and quality
per the SLA.
•Win the confidence of client through regular and proactive interaction.
•Handle client queries through e-mail as well as through call and increasing
the Domain/customer satisfaction year by year. Should work with several key
internal and external clients. These include the Client Operations team/ Front
Offices, Agent banks and our internal Onshore team. The importance of building
a network and providing credibility to the broader stakeholder group is
crucial.

•Provide ad hoc information to key stakeholders and will take responsibility
for providing relevant management information (MI) to senior management and

build strong cross departmental relationships and ensure all risk and control
functions are adhered
•Lead and drive the identification of process improvements and synergies on an
ongoing basis and will liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) on project
enhancement for existing and new markets and will monitor trends to make the
processing of business more scalable within their budgeted headcount
•Candidate will have extensive experience of managing multiple teams. Should
have excellent attention to detail with a high level of strategic vision and
demonstrate a practical knowledge of the implementation and execution including
but not limited to, performance development, managing poor performance and
managing attendance.

and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
• The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an
in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when
establishing near-term goals

within client, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate
approach
• Some latitude in decision-making in involved

assignments

• The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an
individual contributor role) at a client or within client

• Should have excellent influencing skills and the ability to solve problems
effectively and creatively. Ability to manage time and workload effectively and
