Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial processes, including but not limited to invoice processing, budget preparation, and revenue forecasting.

They will also analyze financial data to identify trends, prepare reports, and assist in financial audits.

Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and managing vendor relationships effectively.

Timely communication with stakeholders regarding financial issues and solutions is essential, as well as continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of relevant work experience in financial accounting or analysis is required.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential.

Familiarity with compliance regulations and financial auditing is preferred, along with strong problem-solving capabilities.
