Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and end-to-end ML model development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models

• Build and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs

• Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training

• Develop and fine-tune models using Python

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy AI solutions

• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency

• Stay updated with latest advancements in GenAI and AI research

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / GenAI / LLMs

• Proficiency in Python

• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics

Good to Have

• Experience with NLP or LLM fine-tuning

• Exposure to LangChain, RAG, LlamaIndex

• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• MLOps exposure (model deployment, monitoring)
