Job Title:  Project ManagerLocation: PuneJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage oursoftware delivery projects specifically focusing on Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong technicalbackground with a sound understanding of software development practices and be capable of leadingtechnical projects from inception to delivery.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop Comprehensive technical project plans, maintain project artefacts,define deliverables, dependencies, tasks and timelines. Drive alignment on project objectives andtimelines, Project leadership: Lead the execution of multi-location, cross functional, technical projects,collaborating closely with cross functional leaders, SMEs and client and various internalstakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain consistent communication with team members,stakeholders, client’s teams, leadership, providing updates, addressing concerns, facilitatingalignments Status reporting and Issue resolution: Prepare status reports, conduct regular status meetingsand provide updates to stakeholders Risk management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timelyresolution. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements andclient expectations. Facilitate code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Manage project documentation and adhere to company standards and procedures. Implement best practices and methodologies for productivity improvement and efficiency.Qualifications BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with 4+ years in project management Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience of Policy administration system migration or Life insurance industry will be an addedadvantage. PMP or Scrum Master certification will be preferred

Qualifications
 BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with 4+ years in project management
 Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
 Experience of Policy administration system migration or Life insurance industry will be an added advantage.
 PMP or Scrum Master certification will be preferred
