Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Training & Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
