The key responsibilities will include the following
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging marketing automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice on selecting the most suitable B2B marketing automation platform.
- Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing automation platforms in B2B environment leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing CRM, Marketo, Pardot
- Serve as CRM solution consultant and design lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and automated customer engagement programs
- Work as a BA or Lead the implementation and configuration of B2B marketing automation platforms, such as MS Dynamics 365, Marketo, Pardot
- Create and execute targeted email campaigns, drip sequences and monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
- Develop documentation and training materials to support ongoing platform usage and skill development.
- Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments.
- Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts.
