Roles & Responsibility

The key responsibilities will include the following

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging marketing automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert advice on selecting the most suitable B2B marketing automation platform.
  • Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing automation platforms in B2B environment leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing CRM, Marketo, Pardot
  • Serve as CRM solution consultant and design lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and automated customer engagement programs 
  • Work as a BA or Lead the implementation and configuration of B2B marketing automation platforms, such as MS Dynamics 365, Marketo, Pardot
  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns, drip sequences and monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support ongoing platform usage and skill development.
  • Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments.
  • Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts.

Requirements


Your experience counts!

  • MBA from a tier 1 institute with preferably bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven working experience of 5+ years working on B2B Marketing automation solution such as  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua
  • Strong understanding of end to end of CRM process, lead nurturing and management, customer journey mapping, and segmentation strategies, Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Proficiency in email marketing best practices, A/B testing methodologies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Must have worked in implementation of campaigns, designing marketing emails and delivering outbound marketing activities and customer journeys
  • Have knowledge of  lead management in CRM (across marketing ,sales and service), B2B Marketing processes, MQL, SQL etc.
  • Good to have technical experience and certification on MS CRM, Salesforce CRM experience, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
