Location: PuneRole Designation: Project ManagerRoleEnd-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project right from proposal to project completion; build theproject team, schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status; manage project risks;ensure successful delivery and implementation; take complete ownership of people and theirperformance management in the project with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of servicesofferings to clients within their domain, service and technology area within Infosys guidelines, policiesand norms.Responsibilities:ï‚· Participate / lead the proposal preparation, design the solution keeping organizationalimperatives, prepare & review the estimations, capture the inputs from stakeholders, liaison forrequired approvals and take the bottom line for response delivery IN ORDER TO position Infosyssuitably towards winning the deal.ï‚· Provide inputs on the delivery aspects in the contract to limit financial risk to the company. Tofacilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, reviewdocumentation, ensure traceability, sign off by all the stakeholders and own the changemanagement to scope to define the project requirements (both functional & non- functional)ï‚· Lead the estimation activities considering org / unit Q&P goals, review the estimates andcommunicate to all the stakeholders to plan for required budget and resources to successfullyexecute the project, prepare resource plan including people, space, infrastructure and liaisonwith required groups to fulfill the project resource requirementsï‚· Prepare a detailed project schedule, baseline the same, manage any changes to ensure on timedelivery of the projectï‚· Identify the quality goals & processes with help from SQA, comply with internal qualitymandate, plan for training the team, and prepare a comprehensive quality plan to ensure highquality delivery, create a Risk Management Plan clearly identifying the risks and mitigation planand base line the same with all stake holders to minimize any adverse impact to the projectï‚· Facilitate group review of the project plan and close all outstanding issues to ensure that projectplan covers all aspects of the project, perform portfolio analysis, Plan transition and executetransition activities as per the plan to get into the steady state as agreed with the clientï‚· Schedule, monitor, review and control the production support project so as to meet the agreedupon SLAs, allocate work, track project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements,financials, risk, SLAs on a periodic basis, take corrective measures and communicate to all stakeholders as per the communication plan; Schedule, Monitor, review and control all the projectphases (Requirements gathering, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Implementation,Warranty) in their entirety for delivery as per project goalsï‚· Track and comply to all project OEI parameters including budget submissions, Confirmations /invoicing, DART, milestone & closure reports, Revenue @ risk, Accounts Receivables, resourceallocations, quality / regulatory / customer security audits, CSAT / ESAT plans to meetorganizational OEI goalsï‚· Allocates activities to right people, plan for and mentor the team in competency development ofteam, Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines, R&R, teambuilding, compliance to company HR processes, mentoring the team and participate in therecruitment activities.ï‚· Build formal & informal customer relationships at the project level by engaging them regularlyand be the SPOC to the customer on project related activities, provides regular reports, valuearticulation, managing expectations, participate in client visits to increase customer satisfaction.ï‚· Document and share team learnings from the project, seek information and leverage knowledgefrom other projects IN ORDER TO drive higher efficiency and effectiveness and also to preserveorganization knowledge, provide inputs to the organization on Technology needs, processinnovation and people engagement in order to transfer individual learning to the organization.What are we looking for in you:ï‚· Educational Requirements (Must have)o Engineering graduate with 10 years of experienceORo ME/M.Tech/MS/MBA with 7 years of experienceï‚· Work Experience/Skillso Proven track record of successful project implementation of Life Insurance PolicyAdministration System (PAS) - Musto Strong project management skills, experience in project management will be preferredo Project management certifications would be an added pluso Conceptual knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) applicationso Strong written and verbal skillso Analytical abilityo High learnability indexo Good team player
