Your typical day will involve working with Japanese language and Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) to maintain applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Supporting users daily business and solving Inquiries or business barriers via mail in Japanese. - Joining in meeting with User and communicating with users in Japanese. - Perform routin work and requested work (Standard) according to procedure manuals. - Monitoring and maintaining systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, procedure manuals, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese language (N2). - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Nice To have Skills:Familiar with the business process of purchasing and merchandising.
