• Serving as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, training of platform users, leading your team for go-live support. • Build and train the support team. • Solve and understand client queries to come up with best solutions • Travelling and meeting with customers onsite to discover and understand their needs. Plus coaching customers to become product experts and train their teams to use Kite. • Maintaining high levels of client / user engagement and satisfaction with a focus on loyalty • Working with product, tech, and marketing teams to improve existing products and launch new products • Collaborate closely with Ops & Sales teams to support renewals, drive transactions, and explore expansion opportunities
• Greater than 2 years experience in customer success or account management, preferably at a SaaS or Fintech / Banking company • A proven track record of building client relationships and expanding sales • You take real ownership of your work and are driven to push yourself beyond your comfort zone • Lots of patience and maturity in handling client issues and leading your team.
