• P&L Management of the city/ region • Growth, Profitability and Operational Service levels • Build processes on which teams would be working to increase the overall efficiency and reliability • Have an account management perspective and work with enterprises on a strategic level to improve their performance • Lead focused, collaborative, cross-functional deep-dive workshops for high priority initiatives and bring process and data-driven focused approach to support the organization’s goals • Provide strong project management skills & expertise in quality management • Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to build scalable processes • Define KPIs/KRAs on which would form the base for different processes
Graduation from Tier 1/2 engineering colleges and/or Post Graduates from Tier 1/2 management colleges 4-8 years of frontline operational experience and P&L Management in a B2B domain at a regional/city/hub level Ability to manage conflicts and negotiate Multi-tasking capabilities KPIs Handled: Delivery Fulfilment/ Service levels, cost related KPIs, Revenue growth and Margin KPIs Preferred Industries: FMCG, Logistics, Hospitality, Mobility, Manufacturing, Retail, Ecommerce
